Lee has learnt his craft over the last 20 years at top London salons such as John Frieda and Percy and Reed. He has worked on the Brit Awards, music videos and the X-Factor. Although Lee takes a fun and non serious approach to life he will definitely be a perfectionist when it comes to your hair. He loves a blond so if you’re looking for a lift then he is your guy. He also enjoys getting creative with coppers and brunettes and is a dab hand with the scissors. When he is not at the salon you will find him at the pub with a pint of Guinness or at a gig. He also loves guitar, snowboarding, cycling and more recently running and golf (lets see how long that lasts!)
Jenni has been hairdressing for the last 21 years. Starting her career at Charles Worthington before moving onto Percy and Reed. Jenni has worked on the X-Factor, London Fashion Week and the BAFTA’s. Jenni’s style is relaxed and soft and she specialises in colour. She loves balayage and freehand techniques, creating low maintenance colour and natural looks. She also loves textured and easy to look after cuts. Jenni loves to travel so when she’s not in the salon she has probably dragged Lee off on another holiday! Hobbies include snowboarding, running, long bike rides, golf, reading and travelling.
Charlotte has been hairdressing for 11 years, having worked in salons since she was 14! Colour is her passion, specialising in balayage, lived in blondes and expensive brunettes. She is also our bouncy blow dry queen and extensions expert! As well as hairdressing Charlotte is a talented baker and has become the resident salon birthday cake maker! She has also recently become a dog mum and can be found taking him for walks, testing out the local pubs and rating their Sunday roasts.
Francesco discovered his passion for hairdressing at 16 in the countryside of Tuscany, and qualified in Florence in 2000, giving him 26 years of expertise. He moved to London to refine his colour and cutting skills and expand his creativity by working in renowned salons. Francesco draws inspiration his clients, loves sharing knowledge with colleagues and continuing growth through education. The highlight of his year is becoming a Dad for the second time. Outside of work Francesco enjoys listening to music on his vinyl player and spending time with his family.
Nikola has been in the hairdressing industry for 4 years,starting off as an apprentice at 2021 to now being a qualified colourist. Nikola’s passion is creating effortless, sun kissed balayage and highlights,paired with a bouncy blow dry to make you feel amazing when you leave thechair. Nikola loves blending the artistry with technique to bring out eachclients unique style, whether its soft and natural or a glamour, full of lifefinish. When Nikola is not in the salon you can find her at home reading orspending quality time with close friends and family.
Ella is our friendly front of house who will take care of any bookings or queries you may have. When she isn’t helping us out at B&L Ella is at uni studying History & Journalism, playing netball and enjoying the London student life.
